Destination Coverd : Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - Delhi
In this package, you would unfurl the various aspect
of these cities. The cities give a healthy competition and it often becomes
difficult for the travellers to know which one is better than the other. For
Taj Mahal, Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal, Golden triangle tour package is often
considered the best choice. The entire tour package gives soporific effect
and promises to trance you for a long period of time.
Day 1 : Delhi
Delhi
is the capital city of India and is considered a major gateway to India.
Being the capital city, Delhi host an International airport which connects
India with all other parts of the world. You would meet our tour executive
at the Delhi airport who would help you further in your travel. He would
take you to a prebooked hotel where your keys would be handed to you. The
hotel staff would be amicable enough and would transfer your baggage to the
respective hotel room. Entire day, you would be resting and enjoying the
leisure provided by the hotel.
Day2 : Delhi
On the second day of your Golden Triangle tour, we would focus on Delhi and
would cover the best sites of the city. This would include Qutub Minar,
Humayun
tomb and Raj ghat. A visit to Chandni Chowk would fill your tour with
fun especially the rickshaw ride which you are going to undertake.
Being an incredible destination, Delhi gives you a good ground to shop
around. Visit to some of the markets would be good enough to complete your
foray in the Delhi. Later in the evening, we would visit the recent built
Akshardham Temple for sound and light
show. Then you would return to your resort to feast your stomach with
delicious dishes. Overnight stay in the hotel. Sleep well as the next day we
would leave for
Agra.
Day3 : Agra
The distance between the two cities Delhi to Agra is 203 kms. It
would take approximately 4 5 hrs to reach Agra where we would resort
to Taj View hotel, one of the famous hotels in Agra. The Taj Mahal hotel is
located 3 kms from the city and belongs to Taj Group of hotels, one of the
renowned hotel chain in India. Room to this hotel is subject to
availability.
We would relax for an hr for a cup of coffee and then we would board our
bus for
Taj Mahal. It is impossible for
any body to leave Agra without a visit to Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal and Agra are
synoynm to each other and thereby it becomes inevitable part of our Golden
Triangle tour. Viewing Taj Mahal would take approximately 3- 4 hrs and we
promise you would be quite enticed by this World Heritage Site once you
leave it.
From Taj Mahal to
Agra fort would take less
than an 30 minutes as it is just 2 km from Taj Mahal. Agra fort is another
monumental heritage of India. Constructed between 1565 and 1571 AD, Agra
fort is amongst the best peices of World Heritage Sites in India.
Later in the evening we would visit the markets to savour the local cuisine
of the city. Try out Puri and Aloo . Puri and Aloo is nothing
but roasted potatoes with fried bread. Try the famous Petha of
this place, a sweet dish which is great in taste. We would return to our
hotel in the evening. Dine the Mughlai cuisine or order something which
could make your taste buds salive for more. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day4 : Agra
This would be our second day in the Agra and we would not have one but two
monumental heritage to explore , namely Fatehpur Sikri and Sikandra.
Fatehpur Sikri is a small city and is 37 kms from Agra. Fatehpur Sikri is a
perfect example of Mughal art and architecture. You would need 3- 4 hrs to
cover the ruined city, in between in Fatehpur Sikri, we would talk to local
people who would narrate many stories about the place.
From Fatehpur, we would leave for Sikandra. The city is named after
Sikandra Lodi, and is built in red sandstone . Sikandra. Later by evening we
would retrn to our hotel . Just to pass your time you could actually watch
some television or read some book. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 5 : Jaipur
We would leave for Jaipur early morning and it would take around 5 hrs to
reach Jaipur which is at a distance of 145 kms. Enroute would fall Bharatpur
Bird Sanctuary which would provide us another halt in the city. This would
give you quite a scope to actually explore the beauty of natural treasure.
Bharatpur bird sanctuary protects more than 300 species of birds. The bird
sanctuary is included in World Heritage Site and thereby is the best bird
sanctuary to explore. By the time you would reach Jaipur it would be night.
So we would not ask you to do anything more but just to dine the best of
food. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 6 : Jaipur
This would be a second day that you would spend in Jaipur. We would leave
in the morning, after breakfast, A city tour to Jaipur which would cover
places like Hawa Mahal, City palace and Amber fort would be just perfect to
experience the beauty of the dynamic city. By late evening, we would be free
to and would thereby become a part of an a cultural program in the hotel.
There would be several folk dances and songs which would make your visit to
Jaipur an incredible experience. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 7 : Jaipur
In the morning, we would explore the colour ful bazaars of
Jaipur. There number of markets and
equally number of products to purchase . Kundan Jewellery, Blue pottery,
handcraft papers, tie and dye products are the best product which you could
purchase on Jaipur tour. We would be in Jaipur till noon and then after
taking breakfast would leave for Delhi. It would take approximately 5 hrs to
6 hrs to reach Delhi. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 8 : Delhi
Next morning, you would leave Delhi for your onwared journey. Hopefully,
