Heritage Tours in India is a significant tour package
of India. We as a leading travel agent presents, Heritage tours in India,
which covers varied heritage destination of India , namely, Delhi, Agra and
Jaipur. The tour package has been customized in a such a way that you get
the best of all the cities. This is a 8 day tour and would invariably
comprise heritage pieces of India.
Day 1 : Arrive Delhi
Welcome to
Delhi. This is the best
place to land in as the city is well connected to all other states and
cities of India. Our tour executive would be waiting for you on the airport
and from there he would escort to the booked hotel. We would select a good
hotel for you, depending upon the budget and need you provide to us. This
amicable tour executive would guide you to the hotel and would then leave
after you acquire your space in the hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 2 : In Delhi
Next morning you would board a luxury coach, after breakfast, and would
then leave for exploration. We would have scheduled your tour in such a way
that you explore every part of Delhi.
India Gate,
Laxmi Narayan Birla Temple,
Qutub Minar and
Raj Ghat would few of the historical places in Delhi which you would cover
on your sightseeing tour.
Our lunch, would be in a good restaurant which would have Intercontinental,
Indian and Mughlai dishes listed on them. Pick the one which flatters your
taste buds and provide a full appetite. Shopping would be another thing
which we would be involved in and would be the last part of our Delhi tour.
Shopping would be in South Delhi and we would visit Delhi Haat, one of the
premier handicraft shopping center in Delhi.
Return back to your resort where your food would be served. It is going to
be a hectic day as we are going to cover many tourist spots in Delhi. Just
to shed the tiredness, you would move to your room after dinner and plunge
to your bed as you can start early next morning to Samode.
Day 3 : Delhi - Samode ( 4 hrs approx.)
The day begins with a cup of tea/coffee. After breakfast, you would board
the luxury coach and head towards Samode. The city of Samode is better known
as the heritage city. It would take approximately 4 hrs to reach Samode.
After resorting to a good hotel, we would rest for a while and would start
our foray after lunch. From the resort, we would leave for Samode Palace,
now have been converted into a heritage hotel and was accredited as the
fifth best hotels in the world by the Times London. And then a small visit
to a village house would bring new life to your program. This visit would
bring you closer to Rajasthan and Indian culture. A mere introduction and a
cup of tea with them would definitely be enticing. Late evening we would
return to your resort. Dine and sleep tight.
Day 4 : Samode- Jaipur - Samode ( 42
km / 1 hr each way)
The day is going to be special as we would leave for Jaipur. The city of
Jaipur is 42 kms . Our excursion would start after breakfast as we would
board our luxury bus. We would first cover Maharaja's City Palace and the
Palace on Winds. It would take approximately 3 to 4 hrs to explore both the
treasures of the city. In the afternoon, we would have our lunch in the good
AC restaurant,. Try Dal Batti, a Rajasthani Indian cuisine, which would
definitely entice your buds with its great taste.

In the evening, we would explore the various bazaars ( markets) which
showcases different artifacts and handicrafts. Tye and Dye, gems and Silver
Jewellery are amongst the best buys of Jaipur. Return to your hotel where
your food would be served. In the evening, a small cultural programme would
be held in the hotel where you can actually view the beauty of Indian
culture. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 5 : Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Bharatpur ( 180 km - 7 hrs incldg.
Hault )
Next morning, we would visit Amber fort in Jaipur. This would be a great
experience as you would have to board bedecked elephants. It would take
around 2- 3 hrs to explore the beautiful complex od Amber fort. The fort
would be quite enticing and have the power to impress every discerning
traveller.
From Jaipur, we would head towards
Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary.
Enroute would fall the ruined
Fatehpu Sikri
and we would not miss this oppurtunity to explore the inherent beauty of
this fort. The city is 37 kms from Agra and is amongst the World Heritage
Sites of India. The city is a perfect example of Persian and Hindu
Architecture. From Fatehpur Sikri, we would move to Bharatpur Bird
Sanctuary. This is a famous wildlife national park and you would definitely
be loving this place.
Later in the evening we would enroll ourslef in bird viewing. This would
give us ample scope to us to explore the engmatic natural Indian heritage.
We would stay overnight in the hotel which is near the sanctuary. This would
give us good time to understand the nature and the beauty of the park.
Day 6 : Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary
Our morning would start with a calm poise nature bells coming from birds
and springs. The bird sanctuaries have 380 species of birds and one would
just love to explore the entcing sanctuary. Spanning over an area of 280 sq
km , the sanctuary was created by Salim Ali. In 1985, Bharatpur Bird
Sanctuary was accepted as a World Heritage Site. .
You would be having a full day and a number of things to explore. One off
course would be a safari which would give you a perfect way to capture the
bounteous beauty of the sanctuary. The sanctuary is also known as the
Kaledeoghana national park and is an interesting blend of marshes, flora and
fuana.

Click photographs and navigate through the wildzones of Bharatpur national
park. This avian paradise is a interesting place for Ornithologists. Located
in North Western State of India, Bharatpur would bedazzle you with its
beauty. Spend some moments in leisure in the park and you would definitely
accumulate lot of moments for your memorabilia.
Day 7 : Bharatpur - Agra - the city of "Taj" ( 56 km / 1 hr 30
mins)
From Bharatpur we would leave for Agra. In Agra, we would book a good
hotel. In the morning, we would start with Taj Mahal, the marvel beauty of
its time. Don't take much things along with you as
Taj Mahal is under high protection.
From Taj Mahal, we would move to Agra Fort, which is at a distance of 2 kms
from the city.
Don't worry about your lunch as we would arrange a neat restaurant for you
to retreat yourself. In Agra, we would go for shopping. We would shop some
great artifacts and handicraft material from Agra. Later in the evening, a
movie on Taj Mahal narrating the history in the making of Taj Mahal would
complete your foray. Dine the best cuisine listed on the menu card.
Overnight Stay in the hotel.
Day 8 : Agra - Delhi ( 203 km / 5 hrs )
In the morning, we would leave for Sikandra, a near by attraction of Agra.
Sikandra is named after Sikandar Lodhi. The tomb has a three storeyed
minarets in red sandstone . From Sikandra, we would come back to our resort
in Agra, board the coach and leave for Delhi. It would be 4- 5 hr journey.
In between, you would be served with lot of snacks and drinks to make your
journey complete. From here you can board your airplane and head away for
your onward journey.
