Honeymoon is the vacation of a lifetime, the memories of your vacation that
will always make you smile. They say, honeymoon is the golden period in a
couple's life where one can start their life so choosing a honeymoon
destination is foremost important thing. The bighearted unbelievable India
promises with lush green valleys, snow capped mountains and white sand
beaches. You can spend with your loved one in every conceivable landscapes.
Every newly wed couple wants more time to know each other and for that
proper ambiance is necessary. Every couple decides a destination where they
get proper space and also with a budget that doesn't prick their senses.
Also there are lots of thing to be kept in mind while deciding upon your
Honeymoon. Here I have cited some of my favourite destinations in India.

Ooty - A fascinating green moutain terrain located
in the Nilgiri Range, is a colorful place with flowers, orchids and glorious
green carpet. Ooty offers exactly the same heavenly tranquilty and solace
that any newly wed couple desire. This picturesque hill resort of Tamil Nadu
is located in the midst of four high hills; Doddabetta, Snowdon, Ek Hill and
Club Hill.

Munnar - Kerala is one of the most visiting place
among couples and Munnar in Kerala is my favourite. Set at a majestic height
of 6000 ft, was also favourite among British. An unending expanse of tea
plantations with pristine valleys and mountains unite to transform it a
beautiful hill station. If you are a wildlife buffs and want to materialise
your wild imaginations in wild ambiance, Munnar offers you savaging wild
sanctuaries and forests.

Goa- The seducing beaches, laid back life style,
ancient churches, superb nightlife and exotic cuisines, Goa is a paradise
for extrovert couples. Goa is paticularly a dream destination for fun
loving, wild couples where you will witness wide range of foreigners from
around the globe. You can stay at some of the old villas that are located
close to these beaches and in the hinterland, more in old Goa.

Darjeeling - Renowned as the Queen of Hill Stations,
Darjeeling perches at the top of more than 2000 meters above sea level. The
place is surrounded by mighty Himalayas and ancient Buddhist monasteries.
You will find droves of Bengali couples here and there in the town. Imbued
in romance while riding on famous Darjeeling toy train.

Gangtok - The little capital of Sikkim snuggled
between the borders of Nepal and Bhutan at an altitude of 1547 meters above
sea level. It is a beautiful hilly town, home to a number of picturesque
Himayan views and monasteries. The place is ideal for spiritual couples
where quiet monasteries emanating an aura of spirituality. The third most
highest peak of the world Kanchenjunga guards Gangtok and near by towns and
villages.

Kufri - A tiny hill station, not much disturbed by
tourists, is located 19km from Shimla on the National Highway 22. Though
Kufri is a quiet place but there are many hotels and lovely resorts dotted
the place. One of the famous places in Kufri is Indira Park that provides
some great views of the nearby places.
